If your request is approved, you will receive an email advising you to go to an RTC information centre to receive your refund. You will need the same credit or debit card that appears on your receipt. The agent will issue your refund using the method of payment indicated on your receipt.
If your request is denied, an RTC employee will contact you as soon as possible.
