- Access your customer file by entering your username and password.
- Go to the “Subscription” section in the middle of the page and click on “Change or view subscription.”
- Go to the “STM Privilege” section and click on “Reissue STM Privilege loading permit.”
- A new valid loading permit will be sent to you by email.
