1. Access your customer file by entering your username and password.
  2. Go to the “Subscription” section in the middle of the page and click on “Change or view subscription.”
  3. Go to the “STM Privilege” section and click on “Reissue STM Privilege loading permit.”
  4. A new valid loading permit will be sent to you by email.
