Where can I get an OPUS card (with or without photo)?
You can buy tickets, OPUS cards without photo, and Occasional cards at all our points of sale.

To get an OPUS card with photo, you must go to one of our service or information centers.
What do I do if my card is defective?
Go to an RTC Information or Service Center near you.
If the problem with the card is RTC’s responsibility, you will receive a new OPUS card for free. The additional fares you pay will be reimbursed when you present a transfer proving that you paid a fare in cash. .
Can I recycle my OPUS card instead of throwing it out?

You are automatically registered in the system when your card is issued. If you lose your OPUS card, go to a service counter to have it replaced for a small fee. >
How can I pay for my trip?
Transit tickets are only sold on smart cards.
For paratransit customers, with the exception of the 1-day pass and 1-trip tickets, all passes are available in a prepaid digital format. For details, call 418-687-2641 and select option 3.
Is there a family rate?
Children travel with you free of charge! Family Privilege is valid at all times.
Maximum three children age 6–12 per adult traveling with a valid RTC fare. Proof of age may be required.
Children 5 and under always ride for free.
How can I reclaim a lost item?
All found items are sent to our office within 3 business days and are kept for 15 days.

How do I file a complaint?

Can I take a stroller on the bus?

STAC offers paratransit service from accessible door to accessible door to people living with limitations that reduce their mobility. Only individuals with disabilities that greatly compromise their mobility are eligible for this service. Check the eligibility criteria for the service.
Can drivers control the heating on the bus?
Drivers cannot control the heating system. The heating turns on when the system detects the temperature is below 21 degrees. If you feel that the temperature is too hot or too cold, write down the bus number and enter the information on our complaint form.
Maintaining a stable temperature in the bus is difficult because:
- The doors open regularly
- The number of customers on board changes quickly and often
- The temperature outside fluctuates
- The humidity fluctuates
