Request for access to information
RTC is a public body subject to the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information (CQLR c A-2.1). As such, the public has the right to access most RTC documents. To exercise that right, submit a request to the Secretariat-General and Legal Service.

RTC maintains the confidentiality of the personal data it receives, in accordance with the Act. This means certain data cannot be sent to a third party, including personal data related to RTC employees, customers, and partners. We will inform you if this situation applies to your request.
Processing time for a response to a request for access to information
RTC will respond to a request for access to information within the time limits established under the Act—no more than 20 days from the date the request is received. In some cases, an additional 10 days may be required for a response.
Document reproduction fees will be collected according to the Regulation respecting fees for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of documents or personal information.
