RTC has committed to becoming increasingly more accessible by

  • Making it easier for persons with disabilities or reduced mobility to get around
  • Offering user-friendly tools that provide clear information

  • Website

    The information provided on our website was designed and formatted to be easy to find, read, and understand.
  • Printed information tools

    The PDF documents available on our website are usually also available in print, and vice versa. They are designed according to accessibility standards regarding graphic presentation.
    They are available in PDF on the Publications page, and you’ll find the print versions at our information centers.
  • Adapted media 

    RTC and STAC user guides are available on adapted media (Braille, Québec Sign Language [RTC guide only], MP3, DAISY, large print, and Word). You will find them in the Publications – adapted media section.
